    • 2016 LSWA Class 3A Coach of the Year

    • 2016 LBCA Class 3A Coach of the Year

    • 2016 District 6-3A Co-Champions

    • 2016 Most wins during a single season in program history (29)

    • 2024 2nd Most wins during a single season in program history (27)

  • Coached over 50 players who went on to play college baseball, 4 who were selected in the MLB draft

  • Former coach in the Louisiana Tigers organization under Leo McClure

  • Former coach/instructor at Traction Sports under Brad Cresse

Brad Rachal - Youth Director

  • 9th year as a coach in the Stars organization

  • 1995 graduate of West Feliciana High School where he was a member of the baseball, basketball, golf, and swim teams

  • Graduated in 2000 from SLU with International Business degree

  • He and his wife Sam are the proud parents of 3 children. 

Baseball Accolades:

  • -1990’s player of the decade

  • 4 years All District 1st team

  • 1 year AAA All State 2nd team

  • 3 years AAA All State 1st team

  • 2 time District MVP

  • 4 year letterman SLU

  • All time career appearance leader after senior season.
